Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy
At MrPcGame, we are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same respect for our own rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their authorized representative may submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA, which shield us from liability for infringing content provided we follow proper procedures.
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, please include the following information:
Infringement Notice – Required Information
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and sufficient details to locate it, such as the URL of the page where the infringing content appears.
- Contact information for the complaining party, including your name, physical address, email address, phone number, and fax number.
- A statement asserting that the complaining party believes, in good faith, that the material is being used without authorization from the copyright owner.
- A declaration that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner under penalty of perjury.
Please be aware that under 17 USC §512(f), any person who knowingly makes a false or misleading claim of infringement may be liable for damages, including legal fees and costs.
Submit all takedown notices through our Contact page, preferably by email for quicker processing.
Please note that we may disclose the identity and details of any copyright infringement claim to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you consent to the potential sharing of your identity and claim with the party accused of infringement.
Counter Notification – Restoring Material
If you have received a notice of removal for material due to a copyright infringement claim, you can file a counter notification to request the restoration of the material. The counter notification must be sent in writing to our DMCA Agent and should include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the material that was removed and its original location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, affirming that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located (or any judicial district where the service provider may be found if outside the United States). You must also agree to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original infringement notice.
- Send your counter notice through our Contact page, with email preferred for prompt attention.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright infringement seriously. In compliance with the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy, we keep a record of DMCA notices and make efforts to identify repeat offenders. Accounts found to be in violation of our repeat infringer policy will be terminated.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this page and our DMCA policy at any time for any reason. We encourage you to review this policy regularly for any updates.
